Why It Matters
For brands built on care and trust, emotional clarity is not a nice-to-have. It’s the strategy. This work gave HappyTalks the language to communicate its purpose with confidence, empathy, and consistency, ensuring every touchpoint clearly conveyed what the brand stands for and how it makes people feel. By translating a deeply human service into resonant, accessible messaging, HappyTalks was able to build trust, reduce friction, and connect meaningfully with both older adults and their families. The result was not just a successful relaunch, but a brand voice capable of carrying emotional weight as the business grows.
Client Testimonial
“Exceptional is the immediate word that comes to mind when I think of Lara and High Frequencies Collective. Lara helped us refine our messaging and build an effective marketing strategy that reflects who we are and reinforces our brand promise.
She has a rare gift of going beyond listening; she really hears you. She takes your goals, her experience and all of the thoughts swirling in your head and brings them into a clear, confident focus. Thanks to her guidance, our messaging finally has clarity, our content strategy has direction, and our marketing plan is in place. We’re genuinely excited to grow with the strategic foundation she helped us build and work with her on future projects.
High Frequencies Collective lives up to its name: Lara’s work truly operates on a higher frequency.
