Hi, I’m Lara Gould - strategist, storyteller, and the founder behind High Frequencies Collective.

I’ve spent most of my life surrounded by entrepreneurs - family members and close friends who poured everything into their businesses. The common thread? Their products were always strong, but the branding and marketing side often came with trial, error, and burnout. I saw firsthand how many had to learn those lessons the hard way, and I knew there had to be a better, more supportive path.

After spending over a decade leading brand campaigns and experiences for global companies, I created High Frequencies Collective as a softer, more human approach to brand and marketing strategy. I partner with small businesses and creative founders to help them show up clearly and confidently before wasting precious time, energy, or money trying to figure it out alone.

My approach is strategic, grounded, and collaborative. Whether we’re shaping your brand story or mapping out a marketing plan that actually works, I’m here to support you with clarity and care.

Outside of work, I’m a certified sound healer, wellness enthusiast, and Florida-based creative with a deep love for coffee, quiet mornings, and ocean views.
