With 10+ years of experience across CPG, wellness, and technology, I help founder-led and growth-stage brands bring structure, strategy, and alignment to their marketing.

I'm also a certified sound healer & a content creator in the functional beverage space, which means I understand this work from multiple angles - not just as a strategist, but as someone actively building and creating in the industries I serve.
